I had the pleasure of overseeing content for Coors Original, a new beer launched in Canada in 2019. It was a fantastic experience to be able to work on a new product launch.

Responsibilities:
- Posting photos and keeping audience updated on multiple social feeds
- Community Managing posts and content to engage our audience. 
- Created monthly social reports to track customer sentiment on the new product. We were able to determine how our audience felt about a new product. 
- During COVID-19 we worked on an idea to showcase what people were doing at home despite the struggles of living in a global pandemic.
- Monitored conversation channels on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
