I had the opportunity to help create, curate content and organize posts for celebrity chef Matty Mathesons' Matty Fest. Our team had to create content while following the live content schedule we were given by Live Nation which included posting food photos, artists photos, updating official pages on Instagram and facebook regarding what food was still available and as well as any customer service issues
During the event many of the food vendors sold out very early in the day which resulted in an uproar of unhappy attendees posting comments on the festival's socials. The team had to react diligently and provide a solution for attendees who were unable to use their food tokens.
Responsibilities:
- Posting food photos and keeping attendees updated on multiple social feeds
- Speaking through pictures to tell attendees what’s occurring at the festival and for those not attending- show them what they’re missing
- Monitored conversation channels on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
